Reset your nervous system baseline
My goal is to help you feel a deeper state of relaxation, ease and flow more often.
Our bodies and minds become familiar with living in an elevated nervous system state.
Symptoms can include:
Chronic muscle and fascial tissue tension and stiffness.
Inability to feel a sense of relaxation during the day or sleep well at night.
Experiencing irritability, impatience, frustration.
Difficulty focusing on a task and thinking clearly.
How can you shift your nervous system pattern?
Step 1- Begin by experiencing your Introductory Body Mind Session and receive Zero Balancing (ZB) therapy. ZB works with the deepest energy flows in your body and down regulates your nervous system.
Step 2- Select a Body Mind Package
Frequency of ZB sessions:
If you are having difficulty sleeping and are experiencing chronic pain and tension, I recommend scheduling a ZB session every 1-2 weeks until you experience a shift in your nervous system. You should observe a noticeable change in your symptoms within 6 sessions or 2-3 months. Beneficial results may occur more rapidly when practicing body centered mindfulness techniques regularly.
The 6 session Body Mind package is your best value.
75 minute and 90 minute appointment options are available with your package. The 90 minute option allows additional time to learn about and practice HeartMath mindfulness techniques that assist you in resetting your nervous system baseline while helping you connect with your heart's intelligence.

If you are interested in starting or deepening a mindfulness practice, schedule a 45 minute Introductory HeartMath® session. The 5 week Mindful Heart Program is recommended for anyone who is ready to commit to a regular practice that supports your Body, Mind and Spirit.
