Lisa has a passion for these modalities as they work with the body and mind to address painful symptoms while calming heightened pain response patterns. These skilled touch therapies allow you to feel where you hold tension, observe how your body is aligned and discover how these patterns may be connected to your thoughts, emotions, symptoms and life.
Lisa weaves her philosophy of ease, care and support into her business model. You can select individual, package (3 sessions) or the multi-session, comprehensive Body Mind Life Revitalization Program depending on your needs and goals.

Introductory Body Mind Session
This is a great place to start if you are new to therapeutic bodywork modalities including: Acupressure, Craniosacral, Neurovascular Integration and Zero Balancing Therapy. This 90 minute session that includes: review of health history, signs/symptoms, introduction to bodywork and embodied self-awareness, overview of connections to your health, therapeutic bodywork session, post session review and discussion along with self-care instructions and recommendations.
60, 75 and 90 Minute Body Mind Sessions
Deepen your healing experience while moving towards your individual needs and goals. These sessions include therapeutic bodywork including Acupressure, Craniosacral, Neurovascular Integration and Zero Balancing.
Select the duration of Body Mind Session to meet your goals. If you wish to explore a deeper level of healing and growth, Lisa recommends you schedule a 75-90 minute session. Longer sessions include time for: reflection, symptom review, establishing session intention, post session review along with self-care instructions and recommendations.
Body centered mindfulness strategies are also offered to assist in fostering body awareness, insight, connection and clarity.
30 Minute Mindful Movement Session
Your customized movement session will be designed to help re-align structural and energetic imbalances.
Structural approach: Learn about anatomical restriction patterns in your joints, muscles and fascial lines. Apply essentric style stretching, joint mobilization and fascial line mobilization techniques.
Energetic approach: Discover where your body has energy excess, deficiency or imbalances in meridians and/or chakras. Learn basic movement techniques to create more balance and vitality in your body and mind. Techniques may include components of Chakra Tai Chi, Qigong, yoga and acupressure.
Your session will be based upon your Body Mind session information and your specific movement goals. An Introductory Body Mind Session must be completed prior to signing up for your Mindful Movement Session.
Body Mind Life Revitalization Program - Level 1
