Options for learning HeartMath® Mindfulness through ReLeaf Bodywork Therapy:
1) HeartMath Mindfulness Introductory Session
This is a 45 minute individualized in-person session designed to introduce you to HeartMath.
* You will be introduced to the power of connecting to your physiological and spiritual heart.
* Learn about the science of the heart and the concepts of Coherence and Heart Rate variability.
* Learn about empowering techniques to create greater calm and clarity in your body, mind and life.
* Utilize emWave® Pro system which allows you to see your coherence level in real time and practice achieving coherence through interactive games and exercises.
* Learn about the 5 week Mindful Heart Program. This program is designed to support you! To reduce stress and anxiety, enhance sleep and create greater resilience in your mind and body.
2) The Mindful Heart 5 week Program
This program can be conducted Virtually or In-Person.

3) Addressing Anxiety Package
